• Contact form: your name, email address, the subject line if you add one, and your message.
• Sign-up form: your name, email address and, only if you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number, along with which consent boxes you checked.

We keep these details to protect the site from spam and abuse and to maintain an accurate record of any consent you give.

Information we do not want

Fonts and third-party requests

Our pages use the Manrope typeface, which is loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the font, Google receives your IP address and standard browser information, as it would with any web request. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy. We do not load any other third-party scripts or services on this website.

Cookies and browser storage

Prequalee does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may keep copies of our stylesheet, fonts and images in its cache so pages load faster on your next visit, which you can clear at any time in your browser settings.

We rely on service providers to host this website and to deliver the emails and text messages you request. They may process your information only as needed to provide those services to us.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions and consent records for as long as we need them to respond to you, to send the updates you asked for and to show that consent was given. • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help.

How we protect information

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. For example, form submissions are stored outside the part of our server that is publicly accessible on the web. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children's privacy

Prequalee is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
